PBL is owned and managed by Nalin Khanna who brings both international education and 17 years of multinational business experience to his position. His work experience includes a 2 year assignment in the United Kingdom. Nalin obtained his MBA from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA, USA .



Sonia Khanna has been educated at Carnegie Mellon University, School of Computer Science, Pittsburg, PA, and has a BA Honors degree in Computer Science from Smith College, Northampton, MA. Her work experience includes positions with Oracle Corporation, IBM, and AT&T in the US. She brings knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages, operating systems and computer architectures to her position in PBL's Software Group.
